Introduction

Welcome to Thoughtful Therapies LLC.! Getting the help you need for your mental health should be easy and accessible which is why I offer telehealth services. You will be provided a judgment-free space where you can express your concerns and work towards recovery. I provide psychotherapy as an adjunct to medication management and will work with you to create a comprehensive treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or other general mental health concerns, I am here to help.  Sabrina is a Dual Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of experience in the Healthcare field. She has worked with diverse populations in settings including: Inpatient Hospitals, Long Term Acute Care Hospital, and Skilled Nursing Facilities. Sabrina has received an Associate of Science in Nursing degree from Massasoit Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Curry College, a Master of Science Degree in Adult Geriatric Primary Care from Regis College, and a Post Masters Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from Regis College. Her specialty are adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and concerns surrounding general mental health.
