As a Board Certified and licensed therapist and Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with over 20 years of experience, I am passionate about helping families, couples and individuals with their desire to improve their relationships with themselves and others. As a Trauma Informed Therapist, I specialize in reducing depression, anxiety and symptoms of trauma. As a person with ADD, dyslexia who is on the autism spectrum, I am experienced working with people who are neurodivergent. To offer the best methods to help heal clients, I have completed certification as a therapist in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology (Dan Siegel, M.D.), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Star Behavioral Health (service members and their families). A special part of my practice is Equine Assisted Psychotherapy where my horse Comet and I work with individuals to help them reconnect to and heal those parts of themselves that have been lost or wounded.
