I am very passionate about helping those who are facing a variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety, OCD, teenage/young adult issues, and so much more. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and inviting space where clients feel comfortable opening up about their lives and struggles. People come to therapy for all different reasons, but the most common is usually that they are ready for some type of change. I am here to provide the support, guidance, and insight to help you better understand yourself in order to create that change. I utilize a very CBT, relational, and strengths-based approach in helping my clients. I offer a non-judgmental environment for you to explore your feelings and develop the skills needed to cope. I also will help by gently challenging your perceptions on yourself and the outside world. Together, we can navigate your struggles and uncover your strengths.
