I'm passionate about supporting those who have experienced trauma and in creating supportive spaces for all the things that make you, you! My experience has been primarily working with those who have experienced sexual trauma, domestic violence, religious trauma, and cultural and oppressive systems. As each person has their own unique needs, I utilize a variety of approaches. These include EMDR, DBT skills, parts work, and trauma-sensitive mindfulness.
