During our initial session we will discuss the concerns that have prompted you to seek help. I may employ a variety of approaches tailored to fit individual style and needs. The therapeutic process includes experiencing feelings and aspects of yourself that you find unappealing or painful. And, doing so in a supportive, non-threatening environment can be liberating and rewarding and opens up space for resilience, joy, and compassion for self and others.
