Introduction

Elle is a member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community and has been working in the healing field for just under 20 years. Elle got their start in non-profit community mental health and has evolved their private practice counseling style from a clinically rooted framework to include mindfulness, empowerment, self-efficacy and education. They have extensive experience working with young adults and those young at heart (ages 18-118). Elle is well versed in navigating themes surrounding emerging adulthood and the unique experiences felt by the LGBTQIA2S+ community; all while helping folx tackle the real-life experiences of stress, anxiety and depression. Working from a trauma informed model, Elle has carefully crafted an approach that holds space for the human experience, beyond diagnosis and labels.
