Introduction

I have over 10 years of experience working alongside children, adults, and families to support their individual mental health needs. As a certified yoga instructor with specialty certification in pediatric mental health yoga, I strive to provide an integrative, person-centered approach. Through a trauma-informed lens, I use cognitive behavioral therapy paired with integrative and mindfulness-based practices with my clients and families to ensure an individual and collaborative approach. My years of experience in various mental health settings have provided me with a great deal of knowledge, training, and expertise that I bring to my work. I currently work with adolescents, adults, and families in therapy. One of my greatest passions is helping children understand their emotions, feelings, and behaviors. As part of this, I welcome the chance to walk alongside parents as they navigate their parenting journey. My goal is to provide a welcoming and therapeutic space for all clients and families. My vision and mission is to provide those of us taking care of children with access to simple, yet effective, ways to interact and engage with our kids in an intentional, mindful, and impactful way.
