My goal as a therapist is to provide opportunities for you to work through the challenges of life while reconnecting with your authentic self and embracing your inner-knowing. I place an emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as it can be especially powerful in exploring how we enter into and operate within the world. I believe in showing up authentically with clients and meeting them where they're at. I utilize trauma-informed practices and gravitate towards attachment-based, values, and mindfulness practices.
