Introduction

I am a family and marriage counselor licensed in California implementing psychotherapy for over 14 years. In addition to my years of performing psychotherapy, I'm a certified Domestic Violence counselor, Expressive Arts Therapist, and smoking cessation, counselor. I have about 18 years of experience working with Autism /Intellectually disabled individual adults, children, and their families. I have worked with culturally and ethnically diverse populations. Experienced in working with individuals with depression, anxiety, anger issues, stress, trauma, domestic violence, parenting, and LGBTQ+ issues. Also, I have an extensive understanding of the severe developmentally, behaviorally, and physically disabled community. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life when taking the first steps towards change.
