I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the WNY area and have 10 years of experience within various mental health and substance use treatment settings. I work with individuals and groups to help them identify and work through their unique set of needs. I have experience working with individuals with a variety of behavioral health concerns including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, addiction, psychosis, and difficulty adjusting to stressors and life circumstances. I am trained in multiple types of techniques including CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, DBT skills, and mindfulness practice. I am trained in trauma processing intervention, Progressive Counting, and working towards certification. I am also training to work towards certification in Perinatal Mental Health. My approach is person centered, which means we will work together to find what best fits your needs.
