Introduction

I specialize in treating adolescent and adults whom suffer from addictions and mental health problems. I also practice a multitude of therapeutic techniques. Whether you are new to therapy or have some previous experience, I will use a personalized approach to help you to achieve your goals. As your therapist I will work with you to understand your needs. If I cannot help you, I will refer you to someone that can. My educational background includes a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Centenary College. I have been working in the addiction field for the past fifteen years. My personal experience has ranged from outpatient counseling, adolescent group therapy, and long term residential occurring clients. I am guided by the belief that we can find a way to accept the things that cannot be changed, that we can find the courage to change the things that can be changed, and that we can develop the wisdom to know the difference.
