In my practice, I use a variety of evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and have experience with Interference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). These modalities allow me to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs, values, and goals.
