Introduction

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 15 years of experience in private and public behavioral health practice including therapy, administration, and clinical supervision. I work with people and organizations ready to take a look at what is working and what is not and find ways to improve their system. In addition to individuals, families, and organizations, as an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, I work with entry and mid-career clinicians who are hoping to grow and develop their clinical skills and systemic views. Kindness and compassion are infused into the way I approach work and life. I believe: -In unconditional positive regard that individuals, families, and organizations are doing the best they can with the skills and tools that they have and that we can all grow, change, and do better. -All behavior has meaning and makes sense given the right context and situation. -Mutual respect is necessary for successful relationships. -Individuals do not exist in vacuums and we are all interdependent. -A dysfunctional system impacts individuals, families, and organizations.
