I am a licensed social worker and received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Georgian Court University. I then went on to Stockton University where I got my Master's in Social Work. I have always been involved in the helping community and found my passion in helping others at an early age. My experience includes aiding clients with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, ADHD, Autism, and developmental disability. I utilize a variety of different approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered and strengths-based approaches. My therapeutic style is non-judgemental, understanding, and compassionate. I strive to assist my clients in formulating and reaching their goals. For those who are considering therapy, it can be frightening to be vulnerable, but it’s all part of growing and healing and I would like to be there to help you come out of that dark tunnel. You are not alone.
