Introduction

Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed or lost? Maybe you feel unfulfilled in your relationships, career, or other key areas of your life. If you are ready to explore these parts of yourself and interrupt patterns that are no longer serving you, then it may be time to engage in psychotherapy. Psychotherapy is a collaborative process which allows us to look at the areas that are causing distress, and identify ways to adjust your thoughts and behaviors to create positive change. I provide therapy in a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable expressing yourself openly and authentically. My practice focuses primarily on men’s health and well-being treating issues such as: anxiety, depression, intimacy and relational issues, trauma, sexual addiction, alcohol and substance abuse, codependency and co-addiction, and issues around identity. I work with each person as an individual and tailor my treatment approach to your unique needs. Having served as the Director of Clinical Services at The LGBT Community Center in NYC, I have extensive experience supervising other therapists. I combine my extensive experience and advanced clinical training to work collaboratively with you in creating the change you are seeking. I look forward to the opportunity to partner with you on this journey!
