I joined the team at Preveiling Touch because I believe in holistic wellness. A person’s wellness encompasses multiple areas of their environment, including lifestyle, medical conditions, community, past experiences, and current circumstances. I am committed to walking alongside you as you heal your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. I aim to empower you to practice self-care that honors and promotes health at all four levels. That’s why I integrate elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, nutrition, physical movement, music/art, play, and mindfulness to care for the whole you–not just your diagnosis. I work with clients age 10 through 65, with a particular emphasis on adolescent and young adult mental health. I started at Preveiling Touch as an intern in 2022, later accepted a position as the office manager, and now remain as a full-time mental health therapist. Prior to Preveiling Touch, I worked in a counseling capacity with youth for four years. In addition to a master’s degree in social work, I hold degrees in music and theology. Outside of work, you are likely to find me reading, running, watching Star Trek,or playing with my dog.
