Introduction

Our lives here on earth are a creative experience! At times, we need a place to rest and tend to our inner world. I view the therapeutic process as a healing space to access parts of ourselves that are calling for our attention.  My goal in working with you is to provide a supportive environment that will cultivate an increased awareness of your needs, self-compassion and understanding of who you are becoming. With a focus on IFS informed therapy, ecotherapy and gender affirming care, I offer telehealth therapy throughout California and in-person ecotherapy services on Pomo and Coastal Miwok Lands (Sonoma County, CA). My approach is grounded in a deep respect for the natural world, abolition, anti-racism, anti-oppression, healing justice, decolonization and the interconnectedness of all living beings through mother earth.  With over 10+ years experience in the mental health industrial complex I have worked in many different positions and have bore witness the negative impacts of white supremacy and oppression that continue to cause more harm to people when they reach out for services. My hope is to help you create a truly safe place in our sessions and in yourself to experience your joy and aliveness. I do this by providing trauma informed care, transparency, consent, exposing the power dynamics within the therapeutic relationship and the mental health industrial complex.   Throughout my career I have worked closely with those who need support with anxiety, depression and complex PTSD symptoms. As a light-skinned, black, latine and white multi-racial person who identifies as non-binary and trans-masculine, Fat, nuerodivergent, I have experience working with all types of people from many different backgrounds. Including, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, Multi-Racial, fat, neurodivergent, kinky, poly/ENM, people living with disabilities, folx with chronic pain, activists/organizers, artists/creatives, therapists and healers.
