My name is Roy Mena and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been practicing for 10 years in the community with a diverse demographic to provide mental health services from school age children, teenagers, foster youth, fathers, parents and caregivers, court mandates, employment, couples, and military (active/veterans). I have experience working with individuals, families/couples on Depression, Anxiety, Posttraumatic Stress, Intimate Partner Violence, Divorce, Grief and many others. My goal of services is to provide compassion for the mind as it is important to prioritize “Me”, which is you by providing a safe environment to feel listened to and to begin the process to understand, face, learn and heal. I am currently available through Telehealth.
