Introduction

Hi, I’m Roxanne, a Licensed Professional Therapist passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their inner strength. My journey into this work began with a deep curiosity about the human experience and a desire to create safe, compassionate spaces where healing can unfold. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through a wide range of life transitions, emotional struggles, and relationship dynamics. I specialize in working with people who are balancing the invisible labor of caregiving with their own needs, often feeling disconnected from themselves in the process. I also frequently work with individuals healing from narcissistic relationships, those recovering from burnout, and people ready to explore personal growth, boundaries, and self-worth. In our work together, you can expect a collaborative, down-to-earth approach that honors your lived experience. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model—whether we’re using evidence-based practices, exploring your story, or simply finding room to breathe, I tailor each session to your unique goals and pace. I aim to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered to make the changes that matter most to you. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you reconnect to the parts of yourself that are wise, capable, and whole. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
