Introduction

Welcome to Surviving to Thriving Therapy LLC! I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support is a courageous step, and you're already making a big leap in your journey. As an LGBTQIA2S+ affirming therapist specializing in neurodivergence (ADHD & Autism), trauma recovery, and eating disorders, my mission is to create a safe, compassionate space where you are celebrated for who you are—never just tolerated. Healing is deeply personal, and there's no “one-size-fits-all” solution. Your path is uniquely yours, and I’m here to walk alongside you as a guide. With a blend of professional expertise and personal lived experience, I understand the challenges of navigating the mental health system, especially for those who are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA2S+, have experienced trauma, or struggle with eating disorders. Traditional diagnoses often fail to capture your full experience, and they may even oppress you further. In our work together, we’ll use a variety of therapeutic tools tailored to your unique needs: neurodiverse-affirming therapy, LGBTQIA2S+ affirmative therapy, body liberation therapy (HAES model), DBT, ACT, and EMDR. My goal is for you to feel seen and supported on your healing journey. Surviving to Thriving Therapy LLC is based in Fort Collins, Colorado, but I offer online counseling so you can access support wherever you are. I work with adults 18+ and offer individual and couples counseling, available Sunday through Wednesday, 2pm to 7pm. Let’s work together toward your healing and liberation.
