Introduction

My approach to therapy is rooted in transformation, or what happens when we allow ourselves to be fully present. What happens when we sit with all our emotions: joy, sorrow, hope, shame, fear? Pain—the kind that makes every moment feel fleeting and distances us from ourselves, our partners, and our future—often traps us in familiar patterns, holding us back from the intimacy and radical love we seek. Instead of resisting pain, I believe in meeting it at the door, inviting it in, and tending to it with care. Pain doesn’t need to be banished; it needs to be seen. Healing isn’t intended to erase hurt but to equip you with tools so that you can move through it with intention. Informed by a perspective that values curiosity and harmony, my therapeutic style emphasizes mindfulness and the power of the present. We will start exactly where you are, without judgment or expectation. Whether you are exploring your gender or sexuality, struggling with intimacy, or untangling the impact of trauma, I provide a space where you can step away from the default, away from the conditioned narratives about who you “should” be, and toward what is truly possible for you. I work with individuals and all relationships, including monogamous, polyamorous, and platonic, blending talk therapy with present-focused techniques that assist clients in examining the narratives they carry about themselves, others, and their own desires. Our time together is not about forcing change, or undoing the past, but about creating the conditions for growth, awareness, and choice. By meeting yourself with truth and compassion, you can create the possibility for deeper connection, groundedness, and agency. We may spend our whole lives looking for answers only to realize that the guide we needed all along exists within us.
