Introduction

Therapy can provide you with support, validation and a space to heal and grow. If you are seeking support due to past or present trauma, together we can work through its impact by building on your strengths.  I work with children, adolescents and adults who have experienced traumatic events in their life. I also work with clients who have had or are currently having relationship issues, experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression, and trouble managing their emotions, as well as self-image issues. I assist clients to increase their coping skills and build and strengthen their relationships.  No matter where you are in life, know that you are not alone. Through therapy, you can learn more about yourself and discover the person you want to be. If you are ready to start the process of healing and are ready for changes that can help you grow, I am here to help you.
