Introduction

Rosemary provides warm, engaging, evidence-based counseling to women over age 18, including general psychotherapy and specialized treatment for women who are trying to conceive, are pregnant, postpartum, adopting, or mothering school-aged and adolescent children. She is a seasoned clinician who has evaluated and treated close to a thousand pregnant and postpartum women in both perinatal partial hospital and outpatient settings. Utilizing proven treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rosemary helps women increase coping skills, manage emotions, understand and change “unhelpful” thinking habits and behaviors, and improve communication skills to thrive within change and create a more fulfilling life.
