Introduction

I have 25 plus years of experience working with families, couples and individuals. I am an intuitive and interested listener and I enjoy walking the path to better health and well being with my clients. Your journey to health will include looking within and acknowledging family patterns and personal choices. I encourage self reflection, dreamwork, and journaling with my clients. However, come as you are. You will be the most important person in the therapy. I will honor your story and will do my best to walk along side you towards a life that makes sense to you and gives you peace of mind. I enjoy hiking, camping, and being in the great outdoors. I find nature to be most healing and calming. I am also an avid writer. I've written in my own personal journals since I was 14 years old. I've been a blogger for 10 years and will be incorporating a helpful blog on this website for your encouragement and enjoyment as we get to know one another and as we build trust. Stay tuned! I choose not to work with insurance companies but am happy to provide you with a statement at the end of each month that can be submitted to to your insurance company for possible reimbursement as an "out of network provider".
