I am passionate about mental health issues. After being a registered nurse for 25 years, I decided to pursue a career in mental health counseling due to a life-changing experience. Life is challenging and it can be difficult at times to sort through issues with family and friends and receive the help you need. It can be very beneficial to talk to a professional who focuses exclusively on you and helps you work through difficult situations such as grief, trauma or a mental illness, to name a few. I provide an emotionally safe, therapeutic, non-judgmental environment for my clients to work through difficult and traumatic situations. I utilize EMDR to help clients process traumatic memories or experiences. A Good Faith Estimate (No Surprise Act) is available upon request.
