Introduction

I am a licensed counselor with over 30 years of experience in private practice. I am committed to helping others to learn how to create healthier and happier lives and relationships. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs often resulting from traumatic life experiences, and I practice client centered, strength based and non shaming therapy. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping my clients achieve their goals of reducing depression, anxiety, addictive behaviors, and suicidal thoughts and behaviors. I enjoy working with trauma and addictions, as well as those suffering with suicidal thoughts and behaviors and the families who have lost a loved one to suicide.
