Introduction

I have been in the mental health field for over 18 years as a bilingual, bicultural Latina therapist. I am a Bay Area native. Possessing a cultural understanding has given me the gift of diversity and broader knowledge of various underlying constructs that at times hold people back. My goal is to provide a client-centered approach to therapy, meet clients where they are, and make it MY goal to build a solid therapeutic relationship that will allow us to do the work for YOU to reach your goals. I have a Masters's Degree in Social Work and an undergraduate degree in Psychology.
