I recognize that therapy is not a “one size fits all” approach. We can collaborate in treatment possibilities to help meet your goals and adapt healthier changes for your mind and body. My style is authentic and person-centered. I provide treatment for various conditions such as anxiety, trauma, disordered eating, and mood disorders. My practice uses various evidenced-based treatment modalities including but not limited to mindfulness-based and cognitive behavioral therapies.
