As the founder of this practice, I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where you can be free to be yourself. We will work together to process through your difficult times in order to reach your goals. I believe that everyone deserves to be free and live their lives to the fullest. As a person, I know that we all face difficult moments, but we don’t have to struggle alone. I believe that it is never too late for anyone to heal and have the life they deserve. I'm a trauma focused therapist, I believe in getting to the root of our trauma which will allow us to break through generation strong holds in order to improve ourselves and strengthen our relationships.
