My name is Ronnie Rizek. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I provide counseling services in the Raleigh-Durham Triangle area. I specialize in working with couples and individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and mood disorders. Working with me, you can expect to be challenged to become the best version of yourself. I provide interactive feedback so that you can look at things from differing perspectives. I pride myself on making therapy spaces comforting, safe and without judgement. I enjoy using a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy, helping clients shift their beliefs about themselves and as a result their actions.
