Looking inward is not easy, but you’re worth the hard work. I’m an advocate for embracing the entirety of life's experiences – whether they're messy, difficult, or broken, as well as joyful, beautiful, and simple. When we recognize our resilience and contentment stem from embracing imperfections, we discover freedom from feeling stuck. I believe every person deserves to have someone in their life that will listen non-judgmentally and offer unbiased counsel. Your thoughts and feelings don't have to define you. My approach is grounded in evidence-based treatments tailored to your needs. I primarily utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Insight-Oriented Therapy. I foster a professional, comfortable, conversation-friendly environment that is unique to each person I work with. I’m here to help you move from “just getting by” to an enriching and rewarding life. I’m convinced there is immeasurable value in every person. Sometimes complications can cloud our view of ourselves and our path forward. With a little time, teamwork, and intentionality, growth is possible.
