I am a professionally certified Life and Recovery Coach. I have over 35 years of experience in Global Business Development where I coached teams on how to thrive in the Global Automotive Industry. Upon retirement from the corporate world, I was introduced to Coaching by my therapist who encouraged me to explore this avenue as part of my own transition process. The more I discovered and learned about the services and guidance that a Life and Recovery coach provided, I became more and more convinced that this was something that I wanted to become. I can think of nothing more rewarding than helping others on their personal journeys to success and sobriety so that they too might once again live their lives to their fullest and most joyful potentials. Let me help you figure out how to navigate the next phase or dilemma that you are currently experiencing. Whether its professional, personal or addiction related I would love to assist you in achieving your goals. In addition to my practice, I also I currently work at Pine Crest Christian Mental Health Hospital as a Peer Support Specialist, Life Coach and Recovery Coach in Detox and Residential and Partial Hospitalization addiction center. I have my professional certifications in Coaching and Recovery Coaching. I also have a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Master of Science Degree in Administration.
