Sometimes we need support to find our way back to self-confidence, energy, calmness, and feeling like ourselves again. I want to meet you where you are and tailor treatment to make your therapy experience both personal and effective. I would love to work collaboratively with you, a family member, or a loved one to help them learn new skills to manage symptoms, reduce impairment, increase functioning, and work towards reaching attainable goals.
