Introduction

Do you feel stuck, like your days are playing on repeat? Do you find yourself going through the motions and struggling to find meaning and fulfillment in life? Are you exhausted from the impact of discrimination or prejudice you face daily? Are you a high-functioning achiever, who silently struggles with not feeling good enough? Do you have trouble setting healthy boundaries, and feel repeatedly taken advantage of? Do you struggle opening up to others for fear of judgment? Have you experienced "church hurt" or religious abuse that has left you with trauma? Life is a wild ride filled with amazing moments, and devastating heartbreaks. I use an integrative approach that is culturally responsive, holistic, trauma-informed, values-oriented, person-centered, and strengths-based. You will learn skills to detangle from defeating thoughts, while learning strategies to engage with your emotions in helpful ways. You are NOT your "issues," and together we can work toward a path of healing. A year from now, what aspects of your life do you want to be different? I would love to partner with you to help you move in the direction of a more meaningful life by taking committed action that aligns with your core values. If any of this resonates with you, please reach out. I would be honored to come alongside of you on your journey.
