Introduction

I got into the fields of counseling and psychology because I thought if I learned enough, I could figure myself out and then fix myself. That didn't work out very well. Over the past 28 years, through therapy and study, I have learned that almost all of life’s challenges are the result of unpleasant relationships and I know, personally and professionally, that they can be resolved. I have learned that the relationship we have with our self is the most important relationship we can have. I believe that you have the resources within to bring about the changes you most desire. I welcome the opportunity to help you live the kind of life you most desire.
