Introduction

I believe in providing a safe space where you can discuss any concerns without judgement. I aim to be creative in my counseling style as we are all different and to utilize my experience in mental health when applying therapeutic exercises. My counseling style is person centered with a unique cultural lens. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders and many other needs. Please consider a free 15 minute consultation to further discuss any questions or to determine if I am a good fit for you. My focus in therapy is to carefully cultivate a space that is free from judgement which I believe will help in promoting change/growth. Together we will explore your concerns, connect with yourself, and formulate a plan to help on your path to feeling better. Kindly note that I participate w/ Out of Network portion of insurance and am happy to discuss further. It's important to me that rates will not be a barrier to treatment.
