I deeply respect the counseling relationship and value each of my clients. I enjoy working with individuals, families, and couples to reduce anxiety, increase confidence and seek new hope and opportunities. Together we focus on repairing and strengthening relationships, improving intimacy, and learning new ways to cope and heal from trauma across the lifespan. Using an evidence-based, trauma-informed, integrative approach to therapy, together, we will work to find hope and healing and move towards thriving in your life, love, and relationships.
