Hello there! I'm so glad you've found me. My name is Robyn, and I am a therapist at Forge Counseling Collective and I love it here. My approach to therapy is Person-Centered and Narrative theory. I believe that each client is the expert on their own life! The space in our sessions is yours to make it whatever you need it to be that day. I am more than happy to discuss anything with you, as I strive to make my therapy room a safe space for you to be your most authentic and genuine self. I believe that you are your own hero and I am here to help guide you on your journey of self-discovery. I'm happy to just talk with you, and I'm also happy to see if different therapies like art, music, games, etc. might help you better!
