I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who, for over 13 years, has enjoyed partnering with clients to create meaningful, positive change in their lives. As a wife and mother, I understand the complex challenges that family life brings. And as someone who’s walked through premature birth and had a child in the NICU, I am uniquely equipped for and passionate about this population. I also particularly love to work with clients on changing their relationships with themselves, food, and body image, and developing self-compassion. I find this work deeply meaningful and rewarding. My therapeutic approach is largely formed by attachment theory, and also draws from a combination of individual and systemic therapy models (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Bowenian, and family therapy). I also have specialized training in Trauma-Focused CBT. It is safe to say that life is complex and challenging for everyone. We all go through periods of struggle, self-doubt, and change that is difficult to navigate. Though taking the first step on the journey may seem daunting, I would love to come alongside you in a collaborative way, to help you to cultivate a life full of meaning, joy, and connection.
