Introduction

Warmest hello to you from Cove Counseling! My name is Robyn, and I am a therapist passionate about helping people heal in their mind, body, and spirit through a plethora of modalities including Brainspotting, Nutritional Integrated Medicine, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, among other approaches to healing. I integrate compassion, empathy, as well as humor into my practice to provide a space intended to feel comfortable, relaxed, and safe. I was born and raised in Canada, with 50 percent of my heritage from family who immigrated from the Netherlands. I moved to the United States for university athletics and education in Alaska, where I gained experience working in community based mental health, providing therapy and learning modalities to assist healing in the Alaska Native population, as well as beginning my journey into private practice. After 9 years away, gaining experience and being enriched by the culture of Alaska, myself along with my husband and our pets moved closer to my home and have settled into the Pacific North West - Bellingham Washington. I want to thank you for stopping by, and invite you to reach out for a complimentary 15 minute consultation to determine if I am the provider for you, in this stage of your journey. Welcome to Cove! I am currently under the Supervision of Amy Eskelsen, LICSW License number LW60752777 per the requirements of Washington State for LSWAIC Private Practice operation.
