Introduction

I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with fifteen years of experience helping adults, adolescents, and children move through painful challenges and learn how to improve their relationships with themselves and others. Together, we will work to understand patterns of thoughts and behaviors, and their underlying root causes, so that they can be disrupted and replaced by self-compassion and intentional choices and actions. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to therapy so that your needs and preferences are prioritized. In our sessions, we will dedicate time to identifying a focus for treatment and discussing your personal goals. We will regularly review progress towards your goals and reflect on our relationship and how therapy is working for you. SPECIALIZATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS My passions and specialties include helping adolescents and adults alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression, working with women to process the grief and loss associated with reproductive challenges, and coaching parents to find effective strategies to engage with their children. I’m certified in TEAM-CBT, Advanced Grief Counseling, and Triple P (Positive Parenting Program).
