I am a licensed professional counselor helping people to reach their goals and feel better. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or a life transition, it is my privilege to walk alongside you. As the Director of Relationship Dynamics, I support people whose loved one struggles with addiction (including substance abuse or gambling). I do this by offering support, education and an understanding of their role in their loved ones recovery. Another niche that I enjoy very much is supporting Mothers of all ages. Whether you are having your first child or parenting a teen, encouragement through my Better Moms Unite program or individual counseling is available to you.
