Introduction

I’m a relational therapist committed to helping individuals, couples, and families learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves and the world they live in. My work focuses on decreasing anxiety, panic, depression, PTSD and other trauma disorders while building self confidence and a more grounded, centered way of being. I witness the horses (and mini donkeys) engaging in ways that support individual goals. I’m passionate about the possibilities for growth and health both emotional and physical and how psychotherapy with equine interaction helps to promote change.
