Introduction

Having served as a licensed clinician at outdoor therapeutic programs, schools, in-home therapy services, and residential and outpatient treatment programs, I have had the opportunity to work with all kinds of challenges we face as humans. I specialize in working with trauma, depression and anxiety, and with individuals and families impacted by substance use disorders or technology overuse. With an early career as an Emergency Medical Technician, I am passionate about providing services for our brave First Responders and Teachers. Therapy sessions are collaborative and holistic, unique to my clients' needs and geared towards lasting changes.
