Discovering your passions, managing change and navigating daily stressors can be difficult. It is particularly difficult, if you are experiencing stress at home or work, struggling with unhealthy behaviors or dealing with unexpected life events. I work collaboratively with clients to determine their treatment goals and explore barriers that prevent them from reaching them. My aim is to help you process change while offering strategies that increase coping skills and challenge behaviors that disrupt your progress. I have been working from a client-centered, integrative approach for over 15 years. I work to create a nonjudgmental and collaborative relationship with my clients that promotes a healthy lifestyle. My approach draws from my training in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy and family systems therapy.
