Introduction

We change through relationships. For the past 30 years, I have provided treatment to individuals, couples and families struggling with the various challenges of life. I am trained in both traditional talk therapy (psychodynamic) and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT, DBT, ACT) methods, which I integrate. I have found that the best way to help people is to listen carefully, work collaboratively, and tailor the approach to the person. Often, people need a combination of both insight and new skills in order to overcome old fears and obstacles, attune with their values and authentic self, connect with others, and live more fully. I always feel honored to be part of that process with my clients.
