Through cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and a strengths-based perspective, I assist clients in overcoming obstacles that hinder them from achieving their best life. My aim in therapy is to foster a safe and inviting atmosphere where you can openly discuss and explore your experiences, along with the emotions that accompany them.
