Introduction

I focus on helping women struggling with depression and anxiety, particularly during pregnancy and postpartum periods. I also enjoy helping people have more effective relationships with others, especially their romantic partners and family. Our work together will focus on providing you with specific tools to cope with mood and improve relationships so that you can meet your goals and move towards the life you want to be living.
