I offer psychotherapy for individuals who struggle in their personal relationships due to complex PTSD and chronic anxiety. The focus of my work is trauma resolution, self-empowerment, self-compassion, embodiment, nervous system regulation, and establishing a greater connection with self and others. It is common that through traumatic experiences an individual disconnects from themselves and ultimately others making it difficult to create authentic connection. I will help you find that place of 'home' within yourself so you can more easily trust yourself and your choices. The lens through which I work is holistic (body-mind-soul), relational, and attachment based. Through somatic awareness, mindfulness, brainspotting, self-compassion exercises, nervous system regulation techniques and addressing limiting beliefs we will collaborate on your healing journey.
