Introduction

Like everyone, I have a story. My story involves career change, relationship challenges, loss, joy, and everything in between. I have learned more about myself during the trials of life than I did through the joys. Figuring out the best way forward is never easy and sometimes requires help. I can help you figure out who you are, and more importantly, who you want to be. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety disorders, depression, grief, and couples in need of figuring out what is next. I will work with you based upon your individual needs. In some cases this is weekly therapy. In others, it may be short term intensive therapy. You know what will work for you and with my help, you can move forward to being the best version of your possible. I understand that the first step into a therapist's office is the hardest and takes the most courage. Once you are ready to take that step, please reach out to for a free consultation. Together, we can work to help you have the life you deserve to lead.
